Work on the storage cellar is now almost complete

We just need to seal off a few openings to maintain as constant a temperature as possible inside the building. All that remains is to wish for an excellent 2019 vintage to store plenty of fine bottles. PS: The estimated capacity of this cellar is 250,000 bottles, which represents more than a full year’s production. We certainly needed nothing less.
