Yesterday we shared a photo of the pebbles from our Cazebonne plot

It is on this distinctive terroir that we harvested these Cabernet Sauvignons. They were then aged in amphorae, including stoneware jars, to maintain tension. The result is a lovely Cabernet Sauvignon focused on fruit and freshness; barely opened, the bottle has an annoying habit of emptying far too quickly. And we only produced 3,800 bottles of it. The 2019 harvest is excellent, but unfortunately very small. Who would like some? Prices via DM.
