The grapes come from our Cazebonne plateau, on an alluvial terrace of the Garonne, formed during the early-middle Pleistocene.

Harvested on 13th October 2022.

Gravel and pebbles surface on the plots. Malolactic fermentations in tank on pressing lees.

Then aged in terracotta amphorae of different toast levels (varying porosity) for a period of 12 months.
