Petnat Bul'Bonne 2020, Vin de France

This Petnat is made from 100% Sauvignon from our Peyron terroir, a great terroir for Sauvignon.

We enjoyed playing with the ripeness of the Sauvignon, seeking out bitterness and giving it a lovely, very vinous fizz.

'Bul'bonne' is a sparkling Sauvignon wine, vinified in amphora: a wine (yes, a real wine, more than just "bubbles"), original, flavourful, wonderfully ripe; yet without any heaviness, truly delightful!
