Up before dawn, he works the soils, pampers the vines and runs the harvest. A winegrower of a kind you rarely find any more.

Always ready to jump on a tractor or lend a hand. He knows every plot like the back of his hand and watches over the vines in every season. He also supervises the seasonal teams, because there can be a lot of us when the season is in full swing.
