A few more days before veraison for the Cabernet Sauvignon

We will not have an early harvest this year. Harvesting the Cabernet Sauvignon around 10 October seems likely, with uneven ripeness. We will have to juggle. It must be said that the vines got off to an early start in late February, followed by a rather cold March, frost in April and May, and then two heatwaves. And if we add last year's hail to that, the vines have every reason to take their time. So we are going to give them the time to ripen at their own pace in order to harvest grapes that are as ripe as possible.
