A lovely surprise in L'Obs yesterday

An article on the revival of white Bordeaux, highlighting our Entre amis cuvée alongside Château Lapeyre and Les Chais du Port de la Lune. They quote my words: ‘When it comes to whites, the cliché is the oyster Bordeaux: a cat-pee Sauvignon, tart, colourless. I took the opposite approach. I work on a plot-by-plot basis, crafting weightier whites with more substance.’ Bordeaux is back!
