A very lovely Bouchalès vine
We chose to plant it on this plot because it was more frequently planted on the Rive Droite and because this grape variety loves clay and needs coolness.
On this plot, we are on a clay-limestone area. The bedrock is not very far below. We realised this when trellising, as we were not always able to drive the posts in as deep as we would have liked.
