There are marked disparities in growth, particularly on the plots hardest hit by hail last year. The canes struggled to lignify, nutrient reserves were low, and the vines are struggling to kick off again, especially the Cabernet Sauvignon. We will have to see how this heterogeneity evens out, and we will need to remain vigilant at harvest time regarding ripeness, plot by plot, block by block.
