Christophe Duhamel, the founder of the Marmiton website, introduces me to a little gem: a Danish cherry wine
With notes of ripe fruit, oxidative notes... it must be said that this wine was aged in demijohns in the sun.
It is truly delicious, 14.5% ABV, very little residual sugar, and a lovely acidity. A perfect dessert wine without the sugar.
