David went to inspect the vines this morning following the storms yesterday evening and overnight

40mm of rain in the rain gauge and small hail, with minor damage to the leaves.
Black rot is already here. Downy mildew is not far behind. We will need to spray again very quickly, hoping that the weather today and tomorrow does not waterlog the soil even more and prevent us from getting into the parcels on Tuesday.
The vintage is getting off to a complicated start.
We are praying for some clement weather during flowering in the coming weeks.
