Every day, we will introduce you to a forgotten Bordeaux grape variety

We firmly believe in the future of Castets in Gironde, a grape variety we had the honour of tasting with the pioneers of the reintroduction of forgotten grape varieties in Bordeaux (Château Tire Pé, Liber Pater).
It is a tannic, powerful, slightly austere grape variety, but undoubtedly a future pillar of blends to come.
