Harvest is underway at Cazebonne

As we do every year, we begin with our Bouché terroir, a magnificent old-vine parcel co-planted with Sémillon, Sauvignon and Sauvignon Gris. The magic of a terroir that brings the ripeness of the plot's grapes together towards a single goal: crafting a great wine, our Argile Ocre. The vintage will offer low yields, with moderate alcohol levels and lovely acidity. We were no longer used to this after the recent solar vintages we have experienced. It is very promising.
