I have just finished reading Henry Clemens’ book: The day when… people no longer wanted to drink Bordeaux.

This is the first book I’ve read that offers an unvarnished clinical portrait of the challenges facing Bordeaux. Admittedly, wine consumption is down. Admittedly, customers are drinking less red wine. But not all French regions are experiencing such a profound crisis. For Bordeaux to bounce back, we must first be capable of self-criticism. I hope this book will be a landmark. That it will mark the day when… wine lovers started wanting to drink Bordeaux again.
