Îlot de Darche
On the left, the vines we have been working on since 2017.
On the right, an adjoining parcel taken over last year (20m between the two samples).
It is so rewarding: the soils are becoming richer in organic matter and increasingly alive.
What we observed in the health of the vines is also visible in the colour of the soils.
We keep going—there is still work to do to reach the standards we aspire to!
