Installation of our Ventigel towers
An ingenious machine made in Gironde that blows heated air at a height of 5 metres across a radius of 60 to 80 metres, covering approximately two hectares.
It consumes very little diesel (30 litres per night) and runs on a generator powered by a tractor.
This system is effective against frosts of -1 or -2°C.
However, the ideal situation is no frost at all, particularly as we cannot cover all areas with these machines.
