It is a pleasure to see how well our soils are responding to the passage of the clod-breaking discs and Kress finger weeders

The soils are loose, crumbly, and the sun should prevent the grass from regrowing straight away under the rows. We work at 7 to 8 kilometres per hour. At this speed, the discs do their job much better. It will take around two weeks to cover the entire vineyard. We will take advantage of the rain forecast this weekend to then work the areas that have hardened due to the higher clay content.
