Last year’s planting is in great shape
Hot weather is forecast for the next two weeks (31 degrees on Wednesday). On the one hand, it is dry, so we have peace of mind regarding mildew, but on the other hand, water will start running short.
And we are going to need water for this year’s planting. One hectare of rootstocks to be planted at Peyron, onto which we will top-graft the 57 historical grape varieties of Bordeaux. Our grape variety observatory, right next to the chai.
