Our Couet plot, on the Graves plateau of Cazebonne
It is here that we replanted around ten forgotten Bordeaux grape varieties, which will enter production this year.
To the north, the Bordeaux-Toulouse motorway against which we planted a hedge to shield from the north winds, and to the south, woodland.
Looking forward to tasting these grapes.
