Our rootstocks have grown well since being planted in June
We will be able to top-graft them in 2024, with 57 rows for 57 historical Bordeaux grape varieties.
This plot will allow us to observe how these varieties behave in the face of climate change (frost, disease, flowering, drought) and, above all, to taste and analyse the grapes at harvest to see if they will enable us to craft great wines!
