Release of our 2020 vintage of our skin-contact wine

Last year, the cuvée was called Galets de Cazebonne as this wine comes from our Cazebonne terroir. We simplified it this year to call it simply La Macération. This year, the wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon skin contact. A short maceration (12 days) to avoid extracting too much tannin, keeping it firmly within the realm of white wine, yet with the complexity brought by skin contact. A wonderful success this year. An explosive nose offering notes of citrus and tropical fruit. A lovely texture on the palate and a finish that leaves you wanting to pour another glass. A very limited production (2,788 bottles), so there will not be enough for everyone. Available on our website or from our partner wine merchants.
