The diversity of our terroirs

On our single Peyrous plot alone, we have identified four completely distinct geological pockets: grey clays, silty sands, and another area where clay has blended with sand to form an elastic soil, almost like modelling clay. Let us show you this in pictures. Here, the silty sands with their beautiful ochre colour. It is easy to understand why each plot yields grapes with such distinct flavours.
