The harvest of our Cabernet Sauvignon is looking magnificent

We could hardly push ripeness any further. Some bunches were starting to deteriorate, so sorting was required right in the vineyard. But the result is there! This will allow us to craft some very lovely single-parcel wines. All that remains now is to machine-harvest the less advanced plots for our Entre amis cuvée.
