The T-bud top-grafting technique

This involves making a T-shaped slit in the vine stock; all that remains is to slip in the bud and apply the bandage. This graft cannot be performed on all vines, as the bark needs to peel away cleanly. Yet when successfully achieved, the graft take is better.
