Top score in Graves in the RVF for our cuvée Argile ocre de Bouché
They were not mistaken. Bouché is our finest white terroir. Just 1.5 ha with a plot of co-planted old vines.
The challenge lies in picking the right harvest date for the perfect balance between the 3 grape varieties.
