Valentin at the helm

We are re-tasting all the 2020 batches to see how they are evolving. This year, we have magnificent reds with great depth. The barrel-aged whites are currently showing some reduction; we will need to rack everything, remove the compacted lees at the bottom of the barrels that are causing this reduction, and return the wine to barrel. But the substance and complexity are definitely there. The vat batches are generous and fruit-forward, and should yield lovely Entre amis cuvées.
