Vincent contacted me a few weeks ago because he had a project to plant vines in the Landes girondines
I told him about this book.
Today, after passionately poring over this magnificent work, he tells me that he is going to plant Fer, Jurançon noir, Cabernet franc and Baco blanc. Just like in the old days...
We love it. We must revisit our history to better reinvent Bordeaux!
