We had an analysis of our soil life carried out on the Darche plot

It involves taking an inventory of living organisms: nematodes, bacteria, fungi...
A living soil is a soil that can break down and assimilate organic matter, feeding the vine with the nutrients it needs.
After four years of organic farming, the results are very encouraging. We will keep going. This is the key to healthy vines, capable of producing very fine grapes.
On one of the two plots analysed, our biological activity level is excellent (in the top 2% of the most active soils already analysed by the laboratory), notably due to the richness observed in free-living nematodes.
