Yesterday I was telling you about the diversity of terroirs on our Peyrous plot
Yesterday, I showed you the sandy texture of the soils. Moving just a hundred metres away, you find clay mixed with sand. This produces a texture reminiscent of modelling clay.
All of this requires us to adapt; not all soils react in the same way, and some are easier to work than others.
Bordeaux boasts an incredible palette of terroirs. It is up to us to showcase them!
