Graves: A Taste for Audacity
By Arnaud Dejeans

Château Cazebonne in Saint-Pierre-de-Mons, owned by Jean-Baptiste Duquesne, is taking part in its first open days this weekend. This daring winegrower showcases forgotten ancient grape varieties and innovates with original winemaking techniques, such as fermenting white wine on its skins or vinification in amphorae. At the helm of a 40-hectare estate since 2016, he aims to dust off the image of wine and cater to the palates of new consumers.
