In his new life, Jean-Baptiste now works across millennia. Having founded and managed, among other ventures, the cooking sales website "Zôly", after Château d'Yquem, in 2015 he purchased Château Cazebonne in Saint-Pierre-de-Mons (Gironde) with a clear ambition in mind: to transform this vineyard, which previously produced mainly robust and full-bodied wines, into an incredible centre for research.
