Published in issue 112 (October 2025) of Terre de Vins, this article presents a "Grand Tasting" focused on rare grape varieties from the Bordeaux region, including Carménère cultivated by various estates. It also features a "Vin de France" from Château Cazebonne, a blend of Sauvignon Gris and other mysterious grape varieties, described as showing notes of honey, frangipane and hay, along with a distinct vinous character.
