The “new” Bordeaux has arrived!

Winegrowers in the Bordeaux region have chosen to replant and vinify neglected, or even forgotten, grape varieties. In their view, these varieties have new stories to tell and could prove adaptable, and even resilient, to an ever-hotter sun.
