The Todeschini brothers resurrect merlot blanc

These two winemaking trailblazers, known for their penchant for experimentation, are launching ‘Préface’, an atypical cuvée crafted from this forgotten Bordeaux grape variety. Determined to develop a white wine that lived up to their expectations, the Todeschini brothers set out to revive merlot blanc, a grape variety that was gathering dust even in textbooks. Jean-Baptiste Duquesne from Château Cazebonne also plans to plant some in the future.
