Although the Bordeaux region now accounts for only 10% of white grape varieties planted across its 121,000 hectares of vines, this was not always the case. In the 1960s, more than half of the vineyard area was devoted to these white grape varieties. Jean-Baptiste Duquesne, founder of the food website 750g, a Bordeaux native and keen wine lover, fulfilled his dream a few years ago by settling in the Graves.
