Uncompromising white Bordeaux wines
By Zazie Tavitian

Entre-deux-Mers, Graves, Sauternes… A few Bordeaux winemakers are working tirelessly to bring these appellations back into fashion and offer us good, easy-drinking white wines. Jean-Baptiste Duquesne, owner of Château Cazebonne, fulfilled his dream by setting up in the Graves and producing the white Bordeaux wines he loves, shaking up clichés. He has also created the Facebook group Bordeaux Pirate, a collective of winemakers without any formal structure yet, but with a shared desire to experiment and make new voices heard.
