When Bordeaux Sees White

Entre-deux-mers, Graves, Sauternes… A handful of Bordeaux winemakers are working tirelessly to bring these appellations back into fashion and offer us fine, easy-drinking white wines. Jean-Baptiste Duquesne, founder of the culinary website 750g, a Bordeaux native and great wine enthusiast, fulfilled his dream a few years ago by settling in the Graves with 25% of his parcels dedicated to white grapes. Fabien Lapeyre, aged 32, decided to change family practices to better showcase his terroir.
