Winegrower Jean-Baptiste Duquesne publishes a book

Jean-Baptiste Duquesne, founder of the famous recipe website 750 g, is a winegrower at the helm of Château Cazebonne. He has just released a book, "Bordeaux, une histoire de cépages", which traces the history of Bordeaux wines and the future challenges facing winegrowers, such as global warming and the move away from pesticides.
