Better late than never, work in our amphora ageing cellar is progressing
We have poured concrete walkways on which the amphorae will be placed. Between the walkways, beaten earth and sand.
In total, we will be able to place 28 1,000-litre jars here, enough to age some wonderful single-plot cuvées!
