**Passionately committed to the richness of Bordeaux's wine heritage**, I am proud to share the culmination of our work at Château Cazebonne, with the creation of our conservatory of Bordeaux grape varieties.

Here, we are replanting and studying more than 60 historic varieties, testaments to a diversity we are striving to revive. These grape varieties are all unique, and we are certain that some hold wonderful surprises in store for the future!
