For our single-plot cuvées, we have adopted this bottle shape—more slender, more elegant, with a wraparound label that allows us to detail the characteristics of the wine. Here, a Cabernet Sauvignon aged in amphorae, with no added sulphur during vinification. Just a touch of volcanic sulphur before bottling, keeping total sulphur very low at around 30 mg. This vintage is already tasting wonderfully. A Cabernet Sauvignon of great finesse, bursting with fruit. A real treat. For those in Paris, we will be pouring all our cuvées at the Montreuil Organic Wine Fair on Saturday 14/03 from 10:00 to 19:00. Will you join us?
