Francis is the craftsman behind the Jardin des vignes, host of the Gazette des jardins Bio, and a tractor driver at Château Cazebonne, among other things
He has made Asian hornet traps for us, which he is going to place in his garden, as well as in our vineyards. The secret to his bait: a clever blend of strawberry syrup and dark beer. We can’t wait to see how these traps work.
