It is now time to bring these Merlots in
They are ripe; the skins were still thick and tough at the end of last week.
Well, they are still coming in at over 14% alcohol, but blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, this should make something magnificent!
We start harvesting on Wednesday, and that will keep us busy until the end of the week.
