Our skin-contact wine is set for 12 months of ageing in these 4-wine barrels, allowing us to avoid overpowering the wine with oak
This year, the skin-contact wine will be 100% Sauvignon from our Peyron terroir.
It will be interesting to compare it with our 2019 skin-contact wine, predominantly made from Semillon from our Graves de Cazebonne terroir.
