Our top-grafted plot is truly magnificent
It is still going to be tricky to harvest ripe bunches when flowering has not yet started. If we count 100 days, that takes us to the end of October with uneven ripening across the bunches.
On this plot, the emergence of the Castets is much more homogeneous than that of the Mancin.
We will need to water so that the latest grafts take, and it is not a done deal yet.
