Selecting Mancin scion wood for our spring top-grafting

Our goal this year is to top-graft one hectare of Mancin and Castets on our Cazebonne plot. This will allow us to vinify a full harvest from these two grape varieties as early as 2020 (and perhaps a little in 2019).
We are going to sort these cuttings, moisten them, and place them in cold storage for the winter.
Our project is progressing nicely. We can hardly wait to taste the grapes.
