Silence, pressing underway
A very lovely harvest of Sauvignon Gris. Then settling, followed by barrelling down into 500L Stockinger casks (one new and one two-wine), as well as a 12hl amphora.
No added sulphur to the harvest, now just waiting for fermentation to start.
We will see whether we blend it with another batch or produce a 100% Sauvignon Gris cuvée.
