The emergence of our ancient wheat seedlings is magnificent
We have sown 3 hectares. No planting on this plot next year yet. We are letting the land rest and will plant a few forgotten grape varieties here in spring 2021.
In the meantime, the wheat seedlings will allow us to produce straw and thus sequester carbon in the soil.
