Third day and the presentation of our grand vin blanc
It comes from a blend of several batches aged in new oak barrels from four coopers. In the end, a blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon, stirred on the lees for 12 months.
This wine was awarded a score of 15/20 in La Revue du Vin de France this summer.
