This is the first year we are tasting the Petit Pejac grape variety, a variety once found in the west of the département, right near Marmande

A very, very pleasant surprise. It’s not ripe yet, but the berry is very fruity, rich, with a lovely discernible acidity behind it. We are going to carry out an analysis to confirm this initial impression and see on what date to harvest the 300-odd vines we planted.
